Saturday, December 5, 2026 · Reception 5:30 pm · Program 6:00 pm
Blu Legacy Convention Centre, 3750 N Bowesville Rd, Ottawa
Join the Palestinian Canadian Congress for a formal dinner honouring the members of the Palestinian Content Advisory Network, who gave years of expertise to the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as it developed Palestine Uprooted: Nakba Past and Present.
The evening marks a milestone and launches what comes next. Recognition is a beginning. The work continues.

Honouring the advisors
The members of the Network — scholars, artists, heritage specialists and museum professionals — helped the Museum ground the exhibition in Palestinian history and lived experience. This evening is our community’s thank-you.
The evening
A seated dinner with a live panel discussion featuring members of the Palestinian Content Advisory Network. The full program will be announced closer to the date.
Why it matters
The Palestinian Canadian Congress, in collaboration with various advocates, has been advocating for this recognition since 2008. The evening tells that story, explores what the exhibition means for our community, and funds the advocacy campaigns that follow.
