Founded in 2008, the Palestinian Canadian Congress (PCC) is a non-profit national organization established to address Palestinian Canadians’; growing needs and aspirations. We are a diverse group of individuals and member organizations. We are united by our commitment to justice, equality, and Palestinian human rights as well as the well-being of the Palestinian community in Canada.
The Palestinian Canadian Congress stands as a beacon of hope and resilience. We are committed to working tirelessly to ensure the rights, dignity, and aspirations of Palestinian Canadians are realized.

Vision
The Palestinian Canadian Congress (PCC) envisions a future where Palestinian Canadians thrive in a just and equitable society, contributing fully to Canada while maintaining their Palestinian heritage.
Mission
The PCC fulfills it’s mission through the following core activities:
- Raising Awareness: We promote the rich cultural heritage of the Palestinian people and enlighten the Canadian public about Palestinians’ human rights aspirations.
- Rights Advocacy: We advocate for policies and laws that promote justice and peace and protect Palestinian Canadians’ rights.
- Community Building: We provide programs, services and resources that empower Palestinian Canadians to participate fully in Canadian society and celebrate their heritage.
- Collaboration and Solidarity: We collaborate with other organizations working towards similar values and goals in Canada.
Values
- Independence & Integrity: We operate as an independent, non-religious, civil society organization, free from external influence or bias. Our values, mission and commitment to Palestinian human rights guide our actions.
- Inclusivity & Unity: We prioritize diversity and embrace collaboration with individuals from all background. We stand together to accomplish our shared objectives. Justice & Equality: We are firmly committed to advocating for the human rights and self-determination of the Palestinian people, both within Canada and globally. We work towards creating an equitable and inclusive society in Canada. Accountability & Transparency: We recognize and uphold the organization’s responsibilities by ensuring its actions align with its mission and values and that it operates in the best interests of the Palestinian Canadian community. We conduct our operations with honesty and openness.
